My name is Jill Zamoyta, and I am a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach®, trained and certified by The Sleep Lady® and author of Good Night, Sleep Tight, Kim West. 
I work with families to help their child (or children) learn to sleep independently, using tried-and-true gentle methods. Together, we will make a personalized plan that works with your child's temperament and your family's parenting philosophy. Within weeks, your child can be sleeping through the night, in his or her own bed, and taking naps during the day. You will feel more rested and better able to enjoy parenting when you and your child are sleeping!
